What is the estimated delivery time?
Woodpecker Furniture tries to ensure that the product reaches you within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
Woodpecker Furniture offers FREE shipping on every order if the value of the order is greater than Rs. 10,000/-. For certain locations within India and for values below Rs. 10,000/-per shipment, actual delivery charges will be charged.
How do I track my order?
We try our best to deliver your product before the estimated delivery time, which is 7 days. In a few cases however, we take closer to our promised 12 – 15 days for delivery. In such cases, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit. In case you have not received any communication from us about your order do give us a call at our customer care number 8 144 133 133 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently there is no online mechanism to check the status of your order. The Member has to specify clearly the address where the shipment should be delivered before making the final payment online. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non delivery of the product.
What if I have received a damaged product?
We ensure that the products you receive are of high quality. In case you receive a damaged product please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us, within 24 hours, on our customer care number 8 144 133 133 or email us email@example.com.
Can I cancel a confirmed order?
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. If, in any unforeseen situation you need to cancel your order, cancellation can be done within 7 (seven) days from the date of booking your order, at a nominal fee to cover a portion of costs that we would have already incurred in processing the order. We charge 10% of the Paid Value for cancellation done before the item/s is shipped and 20% of the paid value when cancelled post shipment. The refund for the balance amount will be reversed and reflect on your credit card / net banking statement within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will reflect under the name of “Conduit Worldwide Trading India Pvt. Ltd.” (our parent company).
We do not offer exchanges unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item.
