Terms of Shipping and Delivery
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation on mail immediately and we will start processing the order without delay! Usually, your order gets shipped within 7-15 business days in case of regular products and upto 6 weeks if it is an exclusive product or a custom order. We will keep you updated on the timeline and you will be contacted when the product is ready to be shipped. And installation is upon us, done on the very same day!
We sometimes team up with third-party logistics partners to make sure your orders get to you in quick time. Once you confirm your order, we'll flash an estimated delivery timeline on your screen. And hey, we won't leave you hanging – we'll shoot you an email or text as soon as your order sets off on its journey. But, don’t worry usually we like to take matters into our own hands and deliver your goodies ourselves.
We're on a mission to get our awesome products in time and our dominion extends to Chennai and nearby cities within and outside Tamil Nadu.
